Suggested trip lengths and day groupings below are our editorial starting points. Your personalized plan will depend on your interests, pace, and dates.

How much time to allow

Ten to fourteen days suit two or three well-connected bases. For a week, focus on one island area to reduce time in airports and boats.

Choose a connected route

Choose a Palawan route, Cebu and nearby islands, or another coherent cluster. The archipelago cannot be treated as a chain of short road transfers.

Where to base yourself

Stay near the departure town for the water activities you want. Check which airport serves the property and the road journey after landing.

Before booking

Confirm boat conditions and flight connections, keeping buffers before departure. Island-hopping tours can overlap heavily; compare their actual stops before booking several.
